Description
The YD18 Tea Bag Packing Machine is a flagship, fully automated solution designed for producing high-quality tea bags with string, tag, and outer envelope. It is a bag-in-bag system capable of packing tea, coffee, herbal blends, and similar granulated products in heat-seal filter paper bags and then sealing them inside a protective laminated outer sachet to retain long-term freshness.
The machine incorporates a secondary sachet forming system that works with PET-poly laminated film or Paper-PE film. A pneumatic robotic arm with PLC control accurately inserts each tea bag into the formed outer sachet with proper orientation, ensuring consistent packaging quality.
Equipped with a touch-screen controller, microcomputer system, and stepper motors, the YD18 delivers precise sealing and cutting accuracy. Its advanced automation significantly reduces labor requirements and ensures high production efficiency.
