Description
The Pyramid Teabag Machine represents the next generation of premium tea packaging. Designed to create pyramid-shaped tea bags with string and tag, it ensures maximum preservation of long tea leaves, preventing breakage and maintaining authentic flavor until brewing.
Equipped with a Twin Head Linear Weighing System, the machine accurately doses leafy teas, herbal blends, and specialty infusions in the range of 1–10 grams. The advanced PYPAK mechanism forms the pyramid bag using high-quality nylon mesh, fills it precisely, attaches the string and tag, and seals it using patented ultrasonic technology for a clean and strong seal.
The machine also offers the option to produce flat teabags, using nylon mesh or other ultrasonic-compatible materials. With a combination of electromechanical, pneumatic, and ultrasonic systems, the machine delivers smooth operations at 30–50 packs per minute, setting new standards for premium tea packaging.
